First, I applied to LeapGrad on their website. I had to sign up for a profile first. Once you apply, someone will send an email asking a few basic questions to make sure you're a "good fit for the team". There were 2 interviews. The first interview was a phone call with a Human Resources person. It was a personal interview so it was mostly about who I am, my background, experiences, etc. It took 10-15 minutes at most. The second interview was through Zoom with the management team, and looked a little more at my skills. This happened about 1 week after my first interview. About 2 days after my second interview, I received an email with the job offer, detailed job description/responsibilities/expectations, salary breakdown, and other information.
