The interview process was seamless. I spoke to a recruiter who reached out to me regarding the open position within their company. After a hour phone call, I was asked to come into the office in Boston for an in personal interview. The office was in a great location, which was perfect since I'd be commuting from the Braintree area. I was met at reception by a member of their HR team, who introduced me around to the staff and gave me a small tour. Everyone was so friendly and they took the time to really greet me, instead of just shuffling me along. We ended up speaking for an hour, and then the CEO himself came to meet me. This was very unexpected, and he was so friendly it took me by surprise. It's a testament how much they project a down to earth friendly company atmosphere. Unfortunately, I was unable to accept a position due to personal timing. I ended up at another company, but always keep my eye out for future opportunities at LeapFrog Systems.

The hiring and interview process is professional, yet relaxed. They are interested in placing candidates in positions that fit their skills and personalities. There were no trick questions or pat interview formulas used. The interview was conversational and focused on articulating experience and understanding of the job requirements.
