Problem-Solving Round: Evaluating analytical and critical thinking skills through real-world challenges.
Cultural Fit Round: Ensuring alignment with our values, team dynamics, and organizational goals.

Question 1
In the Past Work Assessment stage, we focus on understanding candidates' experience with managing funnels and analyzing numbers. Typical questions include:
Can you share an example of how you managed a sales funnel or project funnel? What were the key metrics you tracked?
How did you use data and numbers to drive decisions or improve performance in your past roles?
Describe a time you optimized a funnel. What were the results, and how did you measure success?
What tools or methods have you used to track performance, conversions, or other critical KPIs?"

3 initial rounds and then a case study was given post that one more round and then last round with HR
Overall a lengthy process.. HR folks are not aligned with each other
