It was very easy going, the questions were pretty straightforward and the lady interviewing me was very nice. Mostly questions on your experience in childcare and why do you think you would be a good fit for the company

Walk in application. Was able to speak with the director right away, who asked me about my qualifications, experience, and background in child care. Scheduled an interview and classroom observation for the next day. Met back with the director after observation to discuss what I saw and how I thought I would fit within the program.
