Cold called by a recruiter for a day-of screening which I missed because I was working. Very odd, usually recruiters will email to set up a time. Recruiter emails me to see if I had any availability that day for a call. I tell her I had the next hour free (lunch) and she immediately calls me after O sent my response. We chat and it seems fine. Completely ghosted after three follow up emails. Unprofessional but sadly all too common in this day and age. I hope I helped her meet her quota for interviews.
