      Process: 3 Rounds — HR Screening → Functional Round (Hiring Manager) → Leadership Round Difficulty: Moderate Questions Asked: Walk me through an end-to-end implementation you have led How do you handle scope creep in a live project? How do you estimate work efforts for requirements? Your experience with API integrations — mainly REST APIs Any connector configuration experience? Explain your experience with platform configuration and customisation. Documentation and project management skills like, BRD, FRD, Project Timelines, workflow creation, and tools like Rocketlane Describe a situation where a project was at risk, how did you recover it? Have you handled multiple projects in parallel? Experience with solutioning of complex requirements Tips for Candidates: Research the company website before the interview: go through their client use cases, pick 1-2 that you understand well, and show you can identify workflow gaps and improvement areas. This will genuinely impress the interviewer Use the STAR Method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) for scenario-based questions, especially the project risk question Be ready with 2-3 project examples with real numbers, timelines, team size, client size Know your BFSI domain well, compliance requirements, workflows, client expectations and eKYC Communication and stakeholder management matter more than technical depth Overall: Smooth and professional process.
