The interview process included a recorded video submission, followed by a Zoom interview with a third-party recruiter. Afterward, I completed a hands-on assessment of the product to demonstrate my understanding and skills. *** EXPERIENCE *** Honestly, this was the strangest interview process I’ve ever experienced, and I noticed they outsource many positions. I completed a hands-on take-home test, which took me about an hour, only to be told I wasn’t selected. I genuinely don’t believe they were hiring for the position, at least not in the U.S. Please take the reviews seriously—this was a very shady process. Any company that doesn’t provide feedback after a take-home assignment isn’t one I’d want to work for anyway. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was bad enough to warrant one.

I went through two rounds of the video interviews which I actually thought was cool because I have never done an interview like this before. What is annoying is taking the time to do these video only to be ghosted. Just lets you know this is not a organization that values peoples time. I am sure they have a lot of applicants but the least you can do is send a message saying yes or no especially since they are asking you to take so much time to complete these video interviews.
