I initally had a phone call with Stephen. I then went to Lead Tech for 2 interviews. I can honestly say that I have never felt so informed about a company during any other interview process. Prior to my first meeting, I recieved an in depth email containing Lead Tech’s background, structure and a general overview. Also included was a list of company benefits and a job description. All of this was discussed during the interviews. It enabled me to be confident in my decision to accept this role. Once I accepted the position, I received a lovely welcome card from the team.
