I was contacted by the COO (Hiring Manager) within a day of submitting my resume with a request to answer some preliminary questions via email. The questions were professional and relevant. The interview was scheduled and took place via Skype. I felt the COO was very personable, passionate about finding the best fit for the position, and has spent a great deal of time determining the type of professional best suited for both the position and the organization. The interview was very conversational and I felt I had a terrific opportunity to discuss my experience and its alignment with Lawn.com needs. As I am a passive candidate, I am interviewing companies just as they are me and I was impressed. I look forward to seeing if I move forward in the selection process.
