the CEO called me and explained the position. And asked me questions to see if I would be a good fit on his team. Then I made a launch leads account and made some videos and added pictures for them to see me.

The interview process was different than other interviews. This one you make a profile and record all your interview questions. Within the profile you get to make a collage about yourself. It felt personal like they wanted to know the real me which I enjoyed doing.
