First you need to complete a quantitative assessment (online) testing probability, statistics and logical reasoning after submitting your application. Next, you need to complete an analytical assessment that tests your research and programming skills. This is followed by 2-3 rounds of case-study interviews (each is primarily about impact evaluation and data collection, with some experience and soft skills related questions) on Skype. Lastly, there is an interview with the co-founders. The entire process takes minimum 4-5 weeks.
