After explaining me a little bit about the Company and how did the work, they asked about me and my aims. I needed to have knowledge about my degree but also about how to run a business. They were launching a new product and they wanted a person to be there and to control the office, so the level of independence was quite important and they needed someone to react very quick to any problem
