Thorough interviewing process with the appropriate team members. Started with initial screening by the recruiter, who then provided feedback to the hiring manager. After buy-in from the hiring manager, the interviewing process continued. Fast turnaround and feedback provided throughout.

Question 1
Initial screening questions by recruiter relate to company fit and motivation to join the company. After that the questions were indicative of the role/responsibilities - nothing out of the ordinary, but multiple interviews with different people meant there were many questions.
