I went through 4 different rounds of interviews with them.
1. Started off with HR, it was great; it was basically a get to know each other chat
2. Interviewed with the sales manager, get to know the company and the team etc.
3. Another around with the sales manager, competency test; it wasn't professional how the interview was conducted but fair.
4. Lastly an interview with the cco, which was basically get to know each other l.
The whole thing was very repetitive, you can half it and make the whole process faster
