Initial call with job offer read in monotone, followed by a 45min call at a later date. Limited information on their business, asked questions although you were an employee. Not very good at assessing the commercial acumen and judgement felt a tad sexist. Very cold interview, makes you feel uncomfortable and often another individual (yet to join the company) that will be required to answer some questions. Overall a bit of a sad experience.
