I was first screened by a 3rd party recruiter. Then I had a brief 30 min chat with the hiring manager who is also the VP for the functional area. After that, I had interviews with my peers, I.e. finance, logistics and IT. The last round was with procurement and the COO. I enjoyed all conversations I had with everyone. They really care about your fit to the company culture and I think it’s a good recruiting process. I had to decline the offer because of some personal issues. I still hope to get a second chance there.
