First one was through online. Second one was on video call with 2 other individuals. The internet for one of them was very bad. I can hardly hear her. But I am limited to repetition. So it was disatrous experience

Online interview with clear process. Part one is a test for English proficiency. Part two is an video interview. There's no real HR in the interview. Just record videos for your answers.

taking their time i thought i didnt get selected then after 4 days they emailed me, i dont know it seems ok i guess through the phone call the interviewer was a very nice person

then a few email back and forth
completing few forms and documents
then start training
