Entretien
I filled an application online and a few days later a recruiter called me. Asked a few questions in English and in Spanish. Said I was a candidate but had to pass an interpretation test. Gave me a few days to study terminology that was sent to my email. We made an appointment and the test was live, between us. After passing the test I was sent to where I would sign my hiring documents so that I could begin training. Nowadays the process is automated, you dial a number, answer the interview questions, do an internet speed test, pass some language tests. If all is well, you are invited to the Interpreter test. If that is OK, then you get the documents to sign by email plus the drug test instructions. Everything automated, communication by email.
