I interviewed for a marketing position in late 2021. The interviewer was late and when she finally did show up, I could hear her dog barking the entire time. It was really distracting and she knew next to nothing about the role. I was told that the CEO of the company is also the same person who built version 1.0 of the software - IMMEDIATE RED FLAG; Software developers don't usually have the same skills as CEOs. I was invited for a second interview, with the CMO but nobody bothered to show up. I emailed the VP of HR to see if they wanted to reschedule but got no response. I sent her another email the next day and got an ooo reply saying she would be unavailable for the next NINE DAYS. Just for fun, I gave it one last shot after she was back in office. No response. I undoubtedly dodged a bullet, but thought this review might be helpful to anyone else who is receiving a similar treatment.
