Three step interview process 1.Regional Manager interview 2. Gm Interview 3. phone Interview The process took a little to long in my opinion . The company could Improve the Pre Screening process, and add more relevant question.

The process took about a month. I interviewed with 3 different concepts with probably close to a dozen different people after all was said and done. 2 of the locations I interviewed for already had someone in house or local that was going for the same position. Everyone I spoke with at Landrys was very nice and easy to talk to. Professional without losing that personal touch. It was a very enjoyable experience.
