The interview process was quick. Took 2 weeks. First interview was a teams call with Hiring manager. Second and last interview was 1:1 interview with senior leaders. Both the interviews were online. There was no HR screen involved. I was given positive response during the interviews. However, the hiring manager completely ghosted me after the interview process was over. Even after multiple follow-ups, I never got a response. This reflects badly on the company, especially since candidate has put in so much time and effort into the process. Even if they decided to hire another candidate, a simple courtesy of informing the candidate would help.

I was contacted by email to schedule a virtual Teams interview with the hiring manager. The interview itself felt very transactional—the interviewer did not introduce themselves or provide much context about the role before jumping into questions. Their tone came across as somewhat dismissive, and they did not outline next steps. After the interview, I received no follow-up or communication to let me know that they wouldn't be moving forward with me.
