I had a great phone interview with HR, and she told me on that call that she would recommend me for an in person interview. I came in to meet with three people a couple of weeks later. Everyone was really kind, and though they had questions in front of them, the interview was more conversational. I met with cross functional people who I would be working alongside. Ultimately they went with someone who had more digital experience. I would interview with them again- it seemed like a really great environment.
