Initially they phone screen the candidates and then invite for on-site face to face interview. People that interview you include peers, managers and also second level managers. Will take you out for lunch. I had to make a presentation on my topic of interest - could be PhD thesis, or any other prior project.

Interview was very informal which I liked. I get to meet and interviewed by my current boss, 2nd order management and the 3rd order management. I was an experienced employee in a reputable company looking for the new opportunities and interview was more like just friendly chat then trying to dig deep regarding my knowledge. It was 2 hours for the first interview with manager/director and another 45 min for second interview with VP of my division. I guess interview was very easy because the director have spoken to me on phone for a very long time.
