Entretien
First did a phone screen and then did an in person interview. Over the Recruiter asked me about my interest and shared about the company. In person interview was with Recruiter and HR Manager. During phone portion recruiter was very casual. In person she was very aggressive in her questions

Qualifications that matched the job description? How many people did the same thing I did at my previous company? Why did I choose SHRM certification and was I active within the organization? Did I have a problem with driving to the remote locations of the plant? Where would I live if I worked there? Did I have family that I needed to move with me if I worked for them? Were there any mistakes that I had made at previous jobs? Where was the bulk of my experience?
