I applied several times, I have a friend who works there who put a word in for me for the job. The supervisor called me, I interviewed, I got a call a few days later offering me the job.

Interview was approx 15 minutes. Interviewers were great and allowed me to successfully express interest and show what I could offer. Question style was pointed and succinct resulting in either a soaring performance from a potential employee or a deflated attempt from an unprepared candidate.
