Laing O’Rourke’s assessment centre includes two group tasks assessing teamwork and problem-solving, plus an individual behavioural interview focused on your experiences, knowledge, communication skills, and alignment with company values. The overall process was fairly relaxed and lower in terms of interview difficulty.
