I had 30 mins phone interview after submitting job application online. The HR personnel who ran the interview had a lustful of behavioral questions like, (1) Talk about your working experience in ___ field. (2) Are you affiliated with any animal protecting group? (3) Why you think you are better than other candidate?

Consist of multiple interview process (1-3 total). Questions varies and will involve answers with past experiences and "what will you do" decision making situations.
