It consisted a simple 2-step process with the 1st one being prescreening (phone call) and 2nd step with the department manager(s) (Webex). The prescreening consisted of 5 introductory questions. The prescreener loved me, so she sent a recommendation to the managers for a next-round interview which took around 1 month for a response. Then, the next interview lasted around 1 hour with 2 managers which mainly assessed my technical background in handling data. I received results after 3 weeks, so the HR of this company is typically slower than other companies, but they will give a response. If not, contact the prescreener! By being levelheaded but genuinely passionate in making a difference in healthcare, they loved me and extended an offer.
