J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Labcorp

It was a zoom interview and there was no warning that it would be a group interview. It seems like the interviewers thought of you like some type of clown that was supposed to entertain them for 30 minutes. They would take my answers and use it against me throughout the interview. They asked me why I want to be a lab tech and I said it was introvert friendly and they turned that against me and asked how will I work well in a team then? Uhh... I've had 4 jobs by now and 2 were in customer service, so I am pretty sure I know how to work in a team. After their unprofessional interview, they rejected me through email.

Question 1
How well do you work in a team even though you'll be by yourself most of the time?
Not that bad of interview but definitely is difficult for 1st shift but overall structured interview with hiring manager. Questions weren’t that bad and it was only 2 rounds including screening and last one is with the hiring manager.
