Discussed background using the 'Targeted Selection' process with 3 key personnel. Thorough process that gets at the needs for both interviewer and interviewee. Experience was valuable to measure what needs/feedback is needed for subsequent interviews (if necessary). The discussions were engaging and the relevant questions were unbiased.
