Initial recruitment phone interview & hiring manager phone screen were well planned, manager lacked prepared questions & talked mostly about herself. Was flown to NJ for face to face panel which was only 2 people & 1 remote. Group was very warm & welcoming. Waited for several weeks & finally ended up calling them instead of being called. Did not get promotion, even though I was led to believe I would get it. Some use of behavioral interviewing combined with presentation requirement
