I applied through the Covance careers portal, and then had an initial telephone interview by the in-house talent manager after a few emails regarding salary expectations etc. The interviewer was mainly interested in checking competencies as described in the job description and asked for examples that matched each competency. I didn't hear anything back at all and my application on the careers portal was 'Under review' for six weeks, and then with no contact it was changed to 'Not selected'.
