I performed a first telephone interview in English with a Polish recruiter. Then a second interview via the Hirevue videoconference with a manager from Covance It and it was an odd experience. They didn't ask me any behavioral question but only technical questions. They offered a trainee as CTA but they said you have no opportunity to professionally grow as CRA and they wanted you to work like a slave from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm with just 15 days off a year with 800 € of reimbursement. Such a bad impression! And after the interview they didn't feed back to me!
