Meet with a supervisor, very standard interview who takes you on a tour through the lab and introduces you to a team lead, then you get a call from HR at least a week later with an offer or an email with a rejection.

Fast and easy. They were very communicative and followed up quickly. Spoke with a manager and also HR. Met in person for a sit down interview and they extended an offer within 2 weeks. Salary negotiation wasn't desirable so passed on position.

Employer was an hour late to a phone interview, claimed I never responded to a confirmation message when there was proof I did. Interviewer couldn’t really answer any of my questions with clarity or confidence. Seemed like a waste of a step given how little information I received
