Thorough. HR will contact you once you apply for a job. Then a manager will call to set up an in person interview if possible. They ask a lot of questions about interpersonal relationship. How you handle a stressful environment and they want you to have incredible customer service skills.

For the first step of the interviewing process you will have to complete a phone Screen, then if you pass the phone screen the hr recruiter will connect you to the hiring manager for a more formal 30 min-1hr interview. Pretty straightforward process overall.
