Someone before from HR team in the Shanghai office contacted me for an interview after I'd applied online. After a phone screening interview, she told me that I needed to complete a project management task within a few days to proceed to the next stage. After exerting so much effort into this project and submitting this exercise, this HR representative then made another request to finish a second task which was to write a report. After finishing this report for this company, the HR team replied that they could no longer proceed to the next stage of the interview. Horrible HR team and company, will leave you hanging with absolutely no regard for your time and effort.
