I only had one interview session with the HR manager, and it was not a good experience. She didn’t seem proficient in the role and clearly didn’t understand how the work functions. There was also a communication barrier since she was from Thailand, and she couldn’t even pronounce basic terms like ROAS. On top of that, they refused to disclose the benefits of working there, which was frustrating. In the end, HR ghosted me and never got back to me after the interview. Overall, the process felt unprofessional and a waste of time.
