One of the key questions I was asked was to describe the end-to-end technical process involved in integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce using BluePlanet. They wanted a detailed breakdown, covering each step, from initial data extraction and transformation to the configuration of API calls, middleware setup, and ensuring seamless data sync between both platforms. It was a deep dive into understanding both the integration framework and troubleshooting potential challenges to maintain data integrity and performance.

2 round interview, first with LTIMindtree internal then with client. Very straightforward. The overall process was also very quick. Dr interview to offer I think took about a week and a half.

Why do you want to switch jobs? I waa working with the client but with a different contract company so they wanted to understand why I opted to change. I explained that the project needs had been of interest to me and wanted another challenge.

Extremely poor interview experience—rescheduled twice, indicating lack of professionalism. Questions were excessively difficult, and for a PM role, expectations around deep cloud expertise felt unreasonable.Very pathetic interview process as the interview was rescheduled twice. The questions were relatively very tough. For a PM role they are expecting core cloud Knowledge.
3 Rounds of Interview including HR round. I have cleared all 3 rounds but unfortunately they took more time release the offer letter. Interview process was more professional. Interviewers were very kind and they are professional.
