I had a really bad experience during my latest interview process with LTIMindtree. During the HR screening all details were taken and it was told to them that I am not yet serving notice period.. Then 2 rounds of interviews were done and HR round discussion also took place during which also it was specified I am yet to serve notice period. I submitted all my documents to them as well for offer processing. I was told I would be getting offer letter in a week or so. I waited for 10 days however there was no communication from their side and the HR was not picking my calls. I then had to tell one of my friends who was working there to ask her on teams regarding the offer letter. To my surprise, the HR responded that they would not be able to proceed ahead since they only need immediate joiners. I later asked an update on mail.. After sending the follow mails twice is when the HR responded stating this. They should have not have proceeded ahead with the interview process if my notice period was an issue. And they are telling the status after multiple follow ups.. This was not expected from a reputed company like LTIMindtree
