I want to share my disappointing experience with @LTIMindtree so that other candidates are aware before engaging with their recruitment process.
The company conducts its assessments through an AI tool called Bearbot, where candidates must complete 2–3 rounds of online tests, each lasting about an hour. After clearing these rounds, they inform you that an interview will be scheduled — but no one ever follows up.
Calls, emails, and messages go completely unanswered. They don’t even unlock or delete your candidate profile, leaving you stuck and unable to apply again.
Over the last two months, I’ve gone through several recruitment processes and interacted with many HRs across companies — but I’ve never seen such unprofessional, arrogant, and ignorant behaviour from an HR team.
I can share the HR details in DM for transparency, but I’m choosing not to name them directly here.
This kind of behaviour not only wastes a candidate’s valuable time but also disrupts opportunities with other companies. For an organization of LTIMindtree’s stature, this level of ignorance and mismanagement is truly unacceptable.
I genuinely hope @LTIMindtree takes this feedback seriously, introspects, and starts respecting candidates’ time and effort.

Round 1: Virtually conducted and focus on Power BI only(No SQL qns)
Round 2: Phone call interview (20 mins)
Round 3: Will be conducted at office, F2F. I hope all the rounds will focus on PBI only without SQL

It was okish, and the DSA questions were of easy to mid level and most of was in the onsite. And the entire hiring process was also quick and completed within 2.5 weeks
