My first round of the interview at LTIMindtree went very well. However, during the second round, the interviewer initially said that my network connection was not working properly. I requested to switch to a different Wi-Fi network, but my request was denied.
Shortly afterward, I was informed that the interview was over. I would like to understand whether this is the standard behavior expected from an interviewer. I also noticed that whenever I answered a question, the interviewer did not seem to listen carefully and would quickly move on.
The interview ended abruptly with the statement that I was not selected. I felt that the interview was not conducted fairly, as I was not given a proper opportunity to demonstrate my skills and experience. If the interviewer was not interested in conducting the interview, it would have been better not to schedule it in the first place.
I am sharing this feedback because I believe candidates deserve a professional and respectful interview experience.
