Contact a Senior Manager or HR. If called for interview, you will either be interviewed by a panel of senior managers or the head of the company. If applied for an Engineer position, a lot of Technical questions will be asked relating to your speciality. Also general questions questions from others fields such as civil, mechanical and electrical will be asked. You may be asked to do some numerical tests, not very hard if you are fluent with basic engineering maths. Sometimes ask for how you might engage in a difficult industrial situation, and they check how you think.
