The interview process was to be 3-4 rounds. 1. Recruiter 2. Hiring manager 3. Panel interview 4. Design Challenge. They took a long time to get back about interview results.

Had a good experience with HR interviewer and moved on to a second interview. During the second interview I was assured I would be invited back to a third interview and then was ghosted. I sent two follow up emails to HR and was ignored. I understand that I may not have been the right fit but it is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to ignore a candidate after two interviews. Notification that they would not be moving forward with my application would have been appreciated.
