J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez LTA Research (Sunnyvale, CA) en avr. 2025
Entretien
The interview process consisted of approximately 10 rounds over the course of nearly two months. It began with a recruiter screening, followed by several virtual interviews with various team members. Eventually, I was invited on-site for a full day of back-to-back 30–45 minute interviews in a gauntlet-style format with multiple engineers and managers, as well as a facility tour.
While I appreciated the opportunity to meet the team and see the project firsthand, the process felt excessive and poorly coordinated at times. There was minimal communication between rounds, and after investing a significant amount of time and energy to attend the final interviews, I never received any follow-up—not even a rejection.
This lack of closure was especially disappointing given the time and effort candidates are expected to commit. If you're considering applying, be prepared for a drawn-out process and the possibility of radio silence afterward.

Question 1
Why LTA? This question was asked in basically every interview.
HR is an absolute mess, they don't respond to emails but will email you asking if you can do an interview the next day. They aren't clear about the pay bands. And pay is low anyways for Silicon Valley.

3 rounds, 1 HR+30 min call w the lead you’d work under; next round is 2/3 1v1s w different people on the team; last round is onsite
The team was really awesome, they seemed all really smart and had a really good vibe about them. Seems like a place that could legit be successful in a decade or so.
The recruiters and process on the other hand, my goodness! I got ghosted between round 2/3 for essentially 3 weeks, and I have nothing but awful things to say about the recruiters as their lack of communication with me through the process was abhorrent. Got 0 feedback from them too and the rejection was over a email, which is not common for a last round.
