Had 3-5 ppl take interview on telephone. All of them asked almost the same question. It was like they were unsure and unaware of the details of the requirement but had a high level idea and asked questions based on that.

Entretien
Interview was good and helpful for me to learn more about the organisation. I was able to understand on the book How and the philosophy of the book HOW. I can say that how is not question anymore but its a solution to all your problems.
I found the HR team, Project team and also the onshore team supportive and straight forward. I experienced that, I was always kept updated with the interview rounds and type of questions which may arise. (In fact, I was always eager to know What's next)

3 rounds Telephonic by India Team and then By US and then HR it took 30 days to get an offer though the requirement was urgent interviewer himself was confused to ask the questions. HR was co operative- as there is only 2 person handling 200 + people.Management rounds took 15 days to get on line . and twice the schedule time was canceled
