J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. J'ai passé un entretien chez LPS
Entretien
[Pension project team] 1 round, 30-minute interview with 4 interviewers (mostly PMs). The atmosphere was surprisingly hostile, one interviewer used an interrogative, condescending tone throughout the session, challenging my background for rather than exploring my competencies.
During the discussion, one interviewer (existing PM) remarked, "You seem more like a PM than a BA”. This suggested a siloed mindset and an underlying insecurity toward candidates with strong strategic and management capabilities.
When asked about the project's biggest challenge, I provided a technical perspective on data migration and the complexity of integrating massive datasets from various legacy systems. The response I got was dismissive. Interviewer claimed the "biggest challenge" is "Customer Experience".
My Reflection: CX is a Product Goal/Objective, not a technical or operational difficulty. If an organization views its "Customers" or the "Experience" itself as a "Difficulty," it reveals a fundamental lack of solution-oriented thinking and professionalism.

1 hour Excel test, then online interview. Interview process went well with a verbal offer. The interviewer was friendly and competent.
Was asked to share documents over email etc. Then ghosted by HR. After following up HR said they decided not to go ahead with the offer. Very unprofessional behavior by HR
