Things started well and then the interviews began. These people are obviously not trained in interviewing. Several odd interview questions, few questions related to the actual industry or sales, some questions related to personal life and not legal. Interview was uncomfortable as it often is with a person that cannot relate to other people and has very little experience developing and recruiting talent.

Questions about customer service, automotive experience and willingness to work. 1 on 1 interview with plant manager. Drug test and background check. No resume req. easy in and out process. Nothing else i can think of right now.
