I received an initial email from HR to schedule the interview. The first initial phone call with the hiring manager indicated the next round interviews would be with the team. When I got the request for the 2nd interview a few weeks later, I was expecting and had prepped for a team style interview. It was just the hiring manager again. At the end of the call, she indicated she would be scheduling a third interview with the whole team now. Three weeks went by and I had heard nothing. When I followed up with the company, they informed me they were no longer interested in me as a candidate. This was beyond unprofessional. At most, alert the candidates, especially if an offer to move on to the next round had already been made.
