there are so many candidats who participate --> interview has tight schedule, only 30mnt/person.
i got interviewed by HR Director only or 1:1.
firstly we have to introduce ourself etc.
and next explaining about personal background & education background.
then he asked for general matter regarding my experinced, knowledge and skills also my objectives.
