it was a casual environment where 1:1 interviews took place first with prospective peers, or analysts that hold the same level of responsibility as the one i would take, and later there were interviews with senior consultants and managers. There was also a lunch with 4-5 consultants in which random topics were touched upon. Even though it was a casual environment, I felt I was still being looked upon.
